What data we collect
- Data you give us: your name, phone number, email address and any information you share when you message us on WhatsApp, by email or on social media.
- Browsing data: we use Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used (pages visited, device type, approximate location and traffic source). Google Analytics uses cookies.
How we use the data
- To answer your inquiries and prepare proposals or quotes.
- To provide the contracted services and stay in touch with clients.
- To measure and improve how the website works and its content.
We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
Who we share it with
Some services we use are provided by third parties, such as Google (Analytics), Meta (WhatsApp and Instagram) and our hosting provider. These providers may process data outside Chile under their own privacy policies.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also opt out of Google Analytics measurement with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
How long we keep it
We keep contact data for as long as needed to answer your inquiry or maintain the business relationship, and then delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

You can request access to, rectification, erasure, objection to, portability or blocking of your personal data by writing to contacto@direccionmedia.cl. We will respond within the time limits set by law.
